VO@Pune

Going away sure seems to be fun when friends shower you with gifts, and throw awesome parties and take you on a vacation just to say good bye. Would have gone away more often .I'm just bummed i won't have my awesome friends to pamper me in Pune . People who promised me about the Pune trip better make it here soonish.

P.S First day in Pune and I'm quite liking it , Koregaon Park my current host is such a pretty place, just realized Forbes , Tata's and Thackrey's are my neighbours cannot wait to stalk them already .

and for all those of who mailed me so sweetly about how Pune has such a Bangalore Vibe i totally agree.

Walking in a Jumping-Suit

Rajastani Thali has done some serious damage , somehow I'm not  complaining :-) At Udaipur now , which  is called the the Venice of India and there's no second thought on that. It's unbelievably pretty .All I've been doing is walking around the city getting lost, eating absolutely delicious delights, yummy chai, chilly mornings and nights absolute bliss.

Picture location : Ruins of an old fort and City Palace where the current king of Udaipur resides , took us 4 hours to just look around . Though parts of the palace is restricted . Apparently if you have to just walk through the entire palace ,will need at-least one whole day.Walking shoes would be so advisable  

Overalls

I bought these from a local designer , almost everything in my wardrobe that's vintage is from this particular store . The person/designer who sold them to me made these about 20 years ago.Strange are the ways of artists they create something beautiful but don't really care about sharing them with the world . He was cleaning his studio/store for diwali when he found these tucked away somewhere in the attic. He knows how i like helping him clean up his store so he promptly calls me. 

P.S my mother discovered this store for me about 2 years ago, almost 3 months  after that was when i visited the store because it's this dingy little place and gave out you really wouldn't find anything kinda vibe. However my persistent mother's persistence has paid off so well, now i visit the studio at least once in two weeks

Jumpers

Have been lusting after jumpsuit's for a while now .However i'm a little wary of the price tags(Check HERE) that i see on ASOS, Net-A-Porter and other online shops.Since i had to give-in to the cravings without burning a hole in the pocket decided to get them made. Tie and dye fabric was something i wanted to experiment with for a while now .Given my cravings for a jumpsuit decided this should be one of the first things i should try .

Jump Suit it UP

It was a day of Packages today , One from Pantaloons and the other from Karishma .

While browsing some random sites i came across Pantaloons site , if you shop online in there site you get an additional  15% discount on what's normally available in the retail shop. These trousers are my first online purchase from an Indian Site .

The very sweet Karishma sent the Vest over , well i haven't even thanked her properly for this . Most of you already know her from her blog "I'm too sexy for my shirt" . I'm loving how i don't have to move an Inch to buy anything .Click of a button and a phone call does it. Thanks Karishma .
